Toast Notifications

allow all alerts to be cleared in one go, perhaps have EAM as more of a popup message which automatically disappears (configured time in options) and doesn't interrupt game play, but commander should be able to view EAMs from the command window and mark as read Intel could follow the same toast notification so always seen but dissapear Why it matters: Would be better than having messages that repeatedly popup and require clicking
